About this house rental
Our newly renovated apartment LOTUS is located in the Prime section the South Coast area and sits directly on the popular St. Lawrence Gap which is considered to be the entertainment hub of the island; where practically everything you need is steps away from this apartment door. Beaches, Bars , Restaurants, a happening Night Life, souvenir shops, Transportation, Mini markets Banks and plenty more. This space is perfect for a small family or two couples. This apartment is very spacious and airy with a simple but beautiful minimalistic beach house decor. There are Two (2) spacious bedrooms and One (1) bathroom with only a stand up shower (bathroom is not equipped with a bathtub) an open plan living area, kitchen and dining area. *Only the bedrooms are air-conditioned and the rest of the common areas have ceiling fans throughout. This property has (2) two separate Apartments that sit enclosed by a fence with (2 ) two manually operated secure entry gates. Parking for (1) one car inside the property, a spacious front entry with excellent lighting and also security cameras. The back garden has plenty of greenery and flowers where we have provided a BBQ grill and seating.

The beach house was exactly as shown! Close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Suzette was so kind and helpful and we enjoyed our stay there. Sandra (the owner) was so patient and willing to help when the airline changed our arrival and departure date she made it work! Thank you so much!!!We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, access to beach 5min walk, handy little supermarket across the road, great coffee shop too which was across from the villa. Booking office for trips also handy opposite. Music noisy in the evening at times! Could receive Netflix but no TV channels.

We stayed in this well appointed property for over 3 weeks and loved it. Dover beach is less than 2 minutes walk away with plenty of restaurants a similar distance, as well as supermarket and hire car company. Can't praise the apartment enough which is incredibly well equipped and even has a nice garden in the back. We have already booked for 2023!! The housekeeper, Suzette, is lovely and helpful, as is the owner, Sandra. Thanks for a great stay!!
