Mona was outstanding. She took care of any issues professionally and very prompt response
Maintenance staff was not responsive but with Mona's involvement, issues were resolved to our satisfaction.

It was clean, ideal location for me, couldnt complain. Towels and soap was provided, a little balcony, AC, tv you could watch your subscriptions on.
There wasn’t anything i disliked other than the view. No real view, back of a building and a grassy area. But to be honest, it didnt bother me, i slept woke and went out.

Location is pretty good and the apartments are easy to access. The hostess is also very friendly and quick to answer our questions by Whats App. Beds were comfortable and clean and the AC in the bedroom worked great. Also the apartment was pretty big.
Overal cleanliness of the apartment is quite bad. We had many ants in the kitchen. Also the kitchen, bathroom and furniture feel very dated and in need of replacement. The wi-fi connections inside the room was very poor but did work on the balcony. The doors were pretty flimsy and so do the locks.
