About this apartment rental
House apartment of 60 mtrs of recent construction, very bright, located in the center of the town in a quiet area for rest and yet 300 mtrs from the famous Balcon de Europa and also close to the beaches. It has a double room (2 beds), living room with a balcony-terrace (shared with the bedroom), TV with international channels, wi-fi, parquet floors, air conditioning in bedroom and living room, open kitchen with combi fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and equipped with everything you need. It also has a dressing room, safe, bathroom covered with travertine marble with hydromassage cabin and electric towel rail. Going up another section we find the laundry area and the roof terrace (just as large as the house because it occupies the entire roof) with dining room, solarium, fountain, barbecue and fridge. From the terrace you can see the sea and the mountain. A treat! There are stairs both to access the apartment from the street and to go up to the terrace.

Pedro was a charming host, and our stay at his apartment was enjoyable. The centre of town can be noisy, but this apartment is ideal for the balcon, shops, bars and restaurants which are all just a short walk away.For winter guests like us it may be worth considering appropriate tog rated duvets for extra warmth as it can be quite cold at night.

We’ve stayed at Pedro’s property before. It’s in a great location with an amazing roof terrace that benefits from all day sunshine. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pedro is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back again.

We have visited Nerja on many occasions and this time chose to stay in the centre.The apartment is situated in an authentic townhouse style building. The owner Pedro Carlos lives next door and met us on our arrival. Having previously lived in the property the place had a lovely 'personal' feel. The decor was of the highest quality and there were some beautiful paintings and sculptures adding to the tasteful feel.The rooftop terrace was the jewel in the crown! Even in January we had the pleasure of laying on the terrace all day. There is an outdoor style kitchen and very comfortable loungers.The best bars and restauarants (the apartment is situated in the better part of town) are seconds away and yet the property was extremely quiet.We would not hesitate to return to Pedro's property. It had everything we wanted coupled with real Spanish charm and Pedro was an exemplary host. 5*'s all round!
