Bold architectural layering with large living areas, surrounding louvre windows and over-sized glass doors allows for extensive views of the garden and what is undeniably one of Barbados’ best beaches. We have been travelling to Barbados for many years but this was our first time staying directly on Gibbs Beach. We absolutely loved it. It was by far the quietest and most private place we have stayed. Shoestring is extremely modern which we also loved and everything about the villa is pristine. The beach at Gibbs is beautiful and we were able to walk to Mullins and enjoy lunch at The Sea Shed Restaurant. We are happy to recommend it.
