About this house rental
Palm Grove 1 is a lovely peaceful, bright and spacious 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa, with a large private pool, enclosed in a secluded lush tropical garden within the safe and established neighborhood of Mullins. This is the perfect spot if you are a first time visitor to Barbados or a long time repeat - anyone looking to enjoy Barbados fully will love this spot. The villa is on a quiet residential road, within easy walking distance of 2 glorious beaches - Gibbs and Mullins, and numerous bars/restaurants while only 5 mins from Speightstown and 10 mins from Holetown.
Set on 1/2 an acre with lush tropical palms surrounding the property - you've got lots of space and privacy to fully detach and unwind. This is a great villa for a large family or a group of friends. The pool deck is sure to be a hit - with a large pool and lots of sun loungers and couches to relax, tan or just chat. The covered verandah has even more lounge areas including a large dining table - perfect for whenever you want to sit down with everyone (we highly recommend trying some local macaroni pie!). There is also a BBQ available for guests to use.
All of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and three of the bedrooms have doors opening straight onto the verandah and pool deck. Lovely high vaulted ceilings make the bedrooms feel light and airy. The living room has two comfy couches, a TV, lots of books and even an office space (should you need to connect during your holiday). Should you need even more space, this villa can also be rented as a four or five bedroom - just ask us for a quote!

Loveeeee! We come to Barbados often and this by far has been the best villa we've booked. The outdoor space with the garden, patio and pool- stunning and perfect for family hangouts. It was also mango season and the mangoes were abundant!!! The mango trees should be in the listing because when I tell you I ate 5+ mangoes everyday, and still so much more to spare. We'll be rebooking for next time we're in Barbados for sure. Also there's actually 5 bedrooms, even though the listing has it as 4 bedrooms, so we had more than enough room for our family.

The Villa was fabulous. The patio and pool area was absolutely amazing. In our party we had beach & pool preferences, all expectation exceeded. The location was perfect, walking distance to Mullins beach and the Sea Shed. The gardens were lovely, you cannot beat watching the monkey's shaking the mango trees in the early hours of the morning! The facilities in the villa were first class, we did not want for anything. Particularly reassuring was the help and advice from the property management team when required. We were advised of works on a nearby property but this did not impact our holiday at all, on one occasion it was a little noisy when a tree was being cut down but apart from that no problem. We would not hesitate to return. A memorable holiday, on a beautiful island in a stunning villa.

Great location, with a great sized villa that can comfortably fit 8 people. Great pool and outdoor area in general. So close to the beach and some great restaurants and bars.

We had an absolutely fantastic time here. The only small issue we had was immediately rectified thanks to great communication. We felt so safe here. Wonderful beach at the end of the road. Couldn't have asked for a more peaceful stay!
