Staff are very friendly, all reception staff are amazing and deserve a big thank you.. the buffet staff are super helpful specially Zaki and his manager.. buffet is rich and can accommodate additional requests that were not on the buffet itself.
Room is clean and view is stunning, pool and beach are good as well.
Nice lunch and dinner options downstairs as well.
Not a big deal but few comments: 1- can the pool be little more warm ? 2- can the beach be more serviced ? 3- Limossol is little quiet and nothing much to do compared to Paphos for example..
But our experience is great

Perfect location with beautiful views of the sea! The breakfast was delicious with good variety. They upgraded our room to sea view without even asking them to and they gave us free champagne and cake on my husband's birthday.
On one occasion there was a group of people, also residents of the hotel, who were very loud at the pool area, playing their music (in their language) for around 3 hours. We could even hear them from our room on the 3rd floor.
