Delightful staff who all went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help sort out transport to and from the airport.
Beautiful complex with simple and beautiful interiors in a classic, laid-back Greek style.
Lovely breakfast each day with great range of choices.
Very grateful for the help with luggage to and from arrival spot. (Lots of stairs to get up and down).

Building work at next door property started at 8am each day of our 4 night stay which was quite noisy.
A lot of Santorini was still closed during our stay which led us to perhaps spend more time at Porto Fira than we would have done otherwise. We would have loved the opportunity to have a kettle and ability to make a cup of tea as standard in the room.
Breakfasts were brought to the room each morning and dinners were available to order to the room. Unfortunately the only table and chairs settings were in the outdoor area and not undercover. As it rained quite consistently during our stay we were unable to use these. A small inside table and 2 chairs would have been great OR provide cover over the outdoor settings. Overhead cover to the spa would also have been useful.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The view couldn’t have been any more magical. Breakfast was also delicious and made fresh to order for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This room is mislabeled and lacks the basic privacy you'd expect from a true suite. It is the size and layout of a standard room. A major drawback of this room is the lack of privacy. The door and windows open directly onto a passageway, with constant foot traffic right outside the door as guests and staff walk by to access the lower levels and pool. You can't leave the door or windows open and this made the room feel stuffy and unprivate. Furthermore, the "terrace" is completely separate from the room. It’s not an extension of your personal space but rather an area you have to actively go out to, which really diminishes the value and privacy you think you're getting. If you're looking for a private space to relax, this is not it. It's a standard room with significant privacy issues. It was fine for one night.
