Moonhouse is a perfectly converted little Greek House, just 2 bedrooms a kitchen and a small bathroom. The Terrace is on 3 levels with great views across the bay, perfect for breakfast lunch or cocktails. Most places are uphill in Skiathos Moonhouse is a small climb up but it affords you the view. The walk into town is short but at night Moonhouse lovely and quiet. The house was super clean with great A/C that also heats should you need it. Great towels and soaps in the bathroom. Plenty of pillows and sheets with confortable beds. Our host was great, very responsive when needed, the direction to get there and to get in were simple it's a 10 min taxis from the airport, although I recommend taking the bus back. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave, hopefully will get the chance to come back.

The location is good, very close to the port, albeit up some steep steps to get to it, which if you’re lugging cases can be a problem. Decent views from the terrace area. property manager was very helpful. Nice kitchen area if you wish to cook.

Unfortunately we had to cut out stay short due to the bottom bedroom having several insects around/under the mattress, in fairness we got a refund and the staff were really helpful about it. I would also say this property is more suited to 2 people as opposed to 4, the downstairs bedroom is literally 2 mattresses on top of each other, not even a bed and doesn’t have AC either which means it got hot during the night.
