The amiability of the staff, an exceptional breakfast and a good location. The gym is okay although not all the apparatus were available.
the front desk in the nightly shift, no really willing to help and sleeping in the office.

Good location
Bed and pillows were not comfortable..The breakfast selection/ quality was not good at all. Price for the room was too high for what you received in return. I have stayed at other hotels where all of the above was better including the price.
