Die Lage ist gut, und das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Und der Ausstattung ist komplett.
Und alles ist sauber. Und schön dekoriert. Am morgen hat man Sonne aufs Balkon.
Es hat grosse Feuchtigkeitsflecken im Appartement, und wenn wir angekommen sind hat das Appartement richtig feucht gerochen. Auch von aussen her, ist das Appartement in schlechteren Zustand als den Nachbarn. Die Feuchtigkeit war für uns das grösste Übel. Und das auf unsere Hinweis beim Gastgeberin nicht seriös darauf eingegangen ist. Für uns stimmt wegen der Feuchtigeitszustand der Preisleistungverhältnis nicht. Dieses Mangel sollte grundlegend behoben werden!
Und ist nicht wie die Gastgeberin erklärt hat mit warme Luft oder Durchlüftung zu beheben.
