Location was great.
Door was right on the street and this big windows were amazing, but cause of the street u couldn’t enjoy the view, mostly you have curtains closed. Bathroom definitely needs renovation!!!

Cozy place with unusual glass wall towards the street. Plenty of space even for for family of four. Cafe and Pizzeria and fast food next door.

Great location in the centre of Borjomi, close to restaurants, cafés and everything you need.
The rooms are directly on the street, with a full glass front that provides very little sound insulation or privacy. We could hear music, people and street noise from the surrounding area, and were woken during the night by barking dogs. The curtains don’t reach the ceiling, so the room is never completely dark. The mattress also needs replacing as it no longer provides good support. The photos look beautiful, but unfortunately the reality was quite different from what we expected.
