We spent the last two days of our road trip at L'Oiseau qui chante in Eygalières, and it was the absolute highlight of our journey. The property itself is amazing, but what truly sets it apart is the hospitality. The staff were extraordinarily attentive, warm, and went out of their way to make our stay seamless and special.
And then there is the restaurant—simply incredible. We originally planned to explore other local options, but the food was so outstanding on our first night that we ended up eating there both evenings. Every dish was remarkable, and a fair warning to future guests: the portions are wonderfully generous, so come hungry!
L'Oiseau qui chante is a absolute gem in Provence. We are already dreaming of our next visit!
