The Penthouse apartment boasts spectacular views of Banderas Bay. With an open air and living concept the Penthouse is great for relaxing and entertaining. A complete kitchen and bar area adjoins the living area and terrace where there are always nice cooling breezes. The apartment has one bedroom with queen bed and another terrace adjoining the bedroom and bathroom.
Perfect for a couple on a romantic and peaceful vacation which includes all of the amenities of the Villa including pool with waterfall and jacuzzi jet, bar-b-q dining area, gardens and yoga and observation deck.

I am sorry to have to give this property a 3 star. We did not expect what we encountered.The pool area was lovely. However, there were not enough lounge chairs for the 8 adults and kids that were there. The listing on all of the units said no children. At the time we stayed, there were 3 young children. It also said only two units would be booked because of Covid and 4 units were booked. The owners went on vacation and left a manager in charge who did not speak English. She also lied to me about the family situation.
The penthouse unit was very hot in the bedroom. No AC. The kitchen utensils were lacking and some were even rusty. Chipped plates which I cut my hand washing dishes. The TVs sound and picture were going The dogs and roosters just kept going all night. It was very loud and you have to keep the windows open to get some air and try and cool off the bedroom to sleep. The furniture was very uncomfortable. You had to keep water trickling into the shower or it stunk like sewer. However, the view was amazing. Unfortunately, we can not recommend this place.
