Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for my wife, our dog, and I for the week! The open floor plan was great, the tv had all of the streaming platforms available, and the house location was perfect! Very close walk to a great beach, and short walk or drive to many restaurants to choose from. We had a great time and would love to stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the condition and the home itself. The owners have done a fantastic job with the decor. The absolute only issue that constantly came up were the roaches coming up from tubs and sinks and mysteriously in the kitchen during day and night. Being told by the property manager that this is normal and you just have to tolerate it did not work with us. We've stayed at VRBO's in St. Simons before and never once had this issue. Unfortunately we chose to cut our stay almost in half due to this with no apology or ownership of the issue. If this issue did not exist, we would have come back next year.
