This charming home is beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Exactly as described in the listng and just a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Especially nice when it’s raining to have a great house, a calm, serene environment, and all the amenities.

This house was perfect for my wife, our dog, and I for the week! The open floor plan was great, the tv had all of the streaming platforms available, and the house location was perfect! Very close walk to a great beach, and short walk or drive to many restaurants to choose from. We had a great time and would love to stay again!

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the condition and the home itself. The owners have done a fantastic job with the decor. The absolute only issue that constantly came up were the roaches coming up from tubs and sinks and mysteriously in the kitchen during day and night. Being told by the property manager that this is normal and you just have to tolerate it did not work with us. We've stayed at VRBO's in St. Simons before and never once had this issue. Unfortunately we chose to cut our stay almost in half due to this with no apology or ownership of the issue. If this issue did not exist, we would have come back next year.
