About this house rental
The house is 3800 square feet and has three bedrooms on the 1st level that sleep 6, a master bedroom on the main level that sleeps 2 and if you have more folks, we have two single mattresses that folks can put on the floor and make up for two additional people. Plus a couch that could sleep small children and a PAC N Play. Great place for Air Force parents wanting to attend Graduation or Parent's weekend or for a family get together. The house sits on 5 acres and has a view of Pikes Peak from the front deck that guests have access to. Guests can enjoy the quiet solitude of the fountain, hammock, and fire pit off of the back patio or go out and play basketball, tennis or pickle ball on the sport court or enjoy BBQing on the front deck and having a glass of wine by the firepit. They also can enjoy a movie, cup of hot chocolate or a glass of wine in the comfortable living space downstairs in front of a warm cozy fire or upstairs in the family room.
The guest have their own private entrance off of the back patio, which allows them to come and go or come in through the front door. There will be a lock-box on both
doors or in the vicinity. A door has recently been installed at the bottom of the stairs so guests downstairs have complete privacy and noise from the upstairs doesn't come downstairs. They have access to three bedrooms downstairs, 1 bathroom, family room, gym and full access to the kitchen upstairs, dining room, formal living room, family room, laundry room, two bathrooms, a powder room and the front deck.
All of the homes in our development sit on 5 acre lots so you have privacy with views of Pikes Peak from the front deck. Certainly don't have the hustle and bustle of the city. Gatherings of family and friends are allowed but no big parties. Bagels, cereal, and snacks are provided. Guests have complete access to every room in the house with the exception of the locked office space. They can enter the house through the lower patio entrance. The lockbox is on the chair or they can come in through the front door off the patio and the lockbox is on the chair closest to the door. Parking is on the north side of the house for the patio entrance and the front of the house if coming in through the front deck.
The upstairs has vaulted ceilings in every room with the exception of the dining room. All of the rooms upstairs and downstairs have recently been painted and the master bathroom has been completed upgraded with a jacuzzi tub. Ceiling fans are installed in two bedrooms downstairs, the master bedroom and the family room upstairs. There is no air conditioning in the house since the house sits at 7740 sq feet and gets cool in the evenings.

Everything about this stay was great. The owner was communicating throughout the process. Stocked the kitchen and downstairs kitchenette with breakfast items, snacks, etc. It was like staying a good friend's home. Everything was comfortable and lovely!

We had a great time staying here. The home is lovely and very comfortable. The location is great, calm and serene. The outside is charming and our group loved the outdoor sports court. We had jackrabbits and deer in the yard. We would definitely stay here again.

The Property was in an equine development. It was fun for me to go for my morning walk around the neighborhood and see horses, deer, dogs, chickens and turkeys. The Home was just like going to my Aunties home. Very comfortable. Penty of space for everyone to hang out. We used the grill and deck one night for supper. We all enjoyed the backyard patio and water feature and gas fire table. Our Host Sally checked in with updates and was an excellent communicator. We played basketball on the sports court. The house stayed cool with fans even in 99 F degree heat. The host had food and toiletries for us which was so sweet since I forgot my toothbrush. I forgot Hair ties so we left some. We played sequence but could not find a cribbage board. I will always rent from Sally Wiggins. It was an easy drive to the Airforce base for the Western Shootout Lacrosse Tournament. It was perfect or our family.

Great property located in an equestrian community. The house was pleasantly stocked with snacks and incidentals in case you forgot something.Family fully used the gym and sport court.Communication with the owners also great. Would for sure stay again.
