Great location close to Manchester City Centre, with the added convenience of two private parking spaces. The townhouse is modern, spacious, and well-suited for families or groups, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable layout.
The property was quite hot during our stay. While fans were provided, they were ineffective and barely circulated any air, offering minimal to no cooling. There was only one black bin bag available for the entire stay, and the outdoor bins were already full, which led to issues with flies and mosquitoes. The sofa was visibly stained, and basic kitchen items like oven foil and smaller bin liners were missing — small things that would’ve improved convenience.
