It’s interesting to stay on a cave-could be great of it wasn’t for the noise. Friendly and helpful staff.

It’s a cave.

Really noisy in the night. We reckon it’s water through the pipe as it was snowing in the night… winds were hitting a certain object and sound resounded throughout the room.

Lovely place outside the touristic area

Location, its outside of the crowded and touristic areas. Very clean, the staff was nice and helpful once we were there, delicious home made breakfast.

They did not reply via bookings to my message request to arrange a taxi from the airport. In the end we found another way to reach out and everything was fine.

Over all a somewhat pleasant stay but small changes could make a big difference.

the breakfast and the staff in the breakfast area were excellent (smiling, welcoming and good service). Ismael was very helpful, and had a very nice attitude and tried to help us the best he could, like getting us a little more coffee for the morning, extra towels to pick up water coming in through the window and gave us bottles of water when we left, for our roadtrip. The size of the room was good, and the internet was adequate

The guy in charge at the reception had no smile, but did his job. It stated raining and the rain was entering via the window panes, so we used up our towels to soak up the water. Windows not very sound proof, and the night receptionist kept playing with his car alarm, therefore hearing the beep beep (armed, unarmed) several times during the night kept me awake. Too bad we couldn't have our bottle of wine on the rooftop terrace (was closed) at supper time to enjoy the sunset. Could only take alcohol in our room.

Never again, a complete rip off!

Apart from the view and size of the room there is really nothing to like about this hotel.

Where do I even start! The guy at the reception his name was Anes., I may have spelled his name wrong, however he is the only guy that sits on the reception. Upon our arrival he didn't even asked us or offer us any drink, as arrived really tired, as property is located around 45 minutes away from the airport. He just wanted to sell us the tour package that he offered us upon arrival, just only for Cappadocia tour he asked 400 euros and 120!euros to pick and drop at the airport in a shuttle bus, what an absolute rip off! There was no WiFi in the room the night we arrived at our hotel, absolutely ridiculous! No apologies at all, after several requests the WiFi started working next day evening. Next day I have booked a taxi for all four of us to complete the red and green tour, and he only charged us 200 euros, with no rush at all, I will definitely visit cappadocia again but I will never ever stay at this place ever again.

we stayed in Alba Caves suits for the period of 3 days. ie 6-9th May. Mr. Halil (owner) is the true gentleman helped us get good rates for Hot air Balloon ride, transport to/from Kayseri airport, local tours and personal drop to market. Hot Coffee/ tea was served at all time and good breakfast served. I would definitely stay in Alba for my next visit, as it was homely feeling. Thank you all at Alba Caves. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing stay it was! WOW!

It was such a memorable stay. The experience was splendid. Very spacious and very neat. Halil was an excellent host and went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Special mention to staff Hatija who was extremely courteous and helpful. Overall, nothing can make this stay less than 10/10.

Every thing about the place has been exceptional and specially care taker of the property Mr Halil. Such a homely such a comfort feeling was provided to us that we felt that they are our extended family in cappadocia.😊🙏

It’s a small family run business. We slept in the comfort room. it’s a big spacious room with a spa bath, a big bed and seating area which includes a table and chairs. All the staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay so comfortable. Halil in particular went an extra mile to help us book excursions and trips out of Cappadocia. He is definitely a friend for life.

Staff was great. After getting in late, they ordered us food from a local restaurant and had it delivered to our room. Also, they were able to get us a last minute booking on a hot air balloon ride, and for cheaper than was advertised on-line. Breakfast was also great, and eating it on the patio with a wonderful view made it even better. All very relaxing.

We have no complaints. But for planning, it may be good to have a rental car to make it easier to get to some of the sites you may want to visit. Taxis are available, but having a rental car frees you up to travel on your own timeline.
