Location, easy parking, quiet. Kitchen well equipped.
The apartment was on two floors. Kitchen, bathroom and couch were on the upper floor, bedrooms on the lower floor. The steps leading down and the steps leading up from the entry door had a 9 3/4 inches (25 cm) step rise. This made it difficult to use the apartment. There was also no railing. This felt unsafe using the stairs, it seems this should be clear on the listing before one selects the apartment.
