Everything was perfect during our stay.

I have no complaints.

Carpet is stained and worn out, needs to be replaced. Furnishings are antiquated. The unit was very clean, though we did kill 2 spiders when we walked in the door. There were no batteries in the remote in the living room. Open the thermometer to try and use the batteries and there was only 1 battery in it. The ad stated there was shampoo in the unit and there was not. There was a throw rug on the deck covered in mold which was offputting. None of these were dealbreakers for Us, just wanted to share the feedback.

We absolutely loved the view from our balcony. It smelled real nice in the apartment. The bedrooms were lovely to sleep in, beds are really comfortable! It was a nice home away from home. Definitely would recommend, and come again.

Nice shower heads and hot water, queen bed fairly comfortable. View is beautiful.

For the price of this property it needs a lot of upgrades. It is not worth the money. If you’re going to charge the price then you need to reinvest back into it! It needs new flooring, pots and pans(outdated and minimal) Almost every lamp didn’t work in whole place! Bulbs burnt out… not sure. Who is checking on functioning things? The coffee pot leaks everywhere, there were dirty dishes that were put up with food stains. TV not working in bedroom. Refrigerator had old food under the drawers. Some of the plates were broken inside the cabinet. The baseboards were filthy and dusty. Chairs at the bar were stained awful appearance. Don’t just do a quick change the linens, clean bathrooms and be out for the next guest. That’s not acceptable for over $500.00 a night. Will not stay here again!
