Beautiful Home with a private pool & patio. Parking for 2 cars. Just minutes away from the beach, downtown Hollywood that has plenty of bars & dining, Fort Lauderdale airport & seaport. It has been completely updated (floors, bathrooms, kitchen, paint, impact windows & doors) it has: coin laundry room, kitchen utensils, linens, pool table, key less entry, WiFi, BBQ grill.

Oscar is a great property manager and stayed in contact with us the entire time. The pool and backyard of the main house were great. We had two families with teens and it worked out great with the backyard and pool table to keep them occupied . Can’t beat this spot for the price.
