Major vacation of 30 people from 4 yrs old to 70s. I had the "quiet house" with the grandmas and the grandpas. Suited us just fine. Maybe would have liked a 2nd couch/sitting area in the house.

Very nice property. The pool was nice. The bedrooms were clean and nice. The kitchen and dining area was nice as well. Everything was very nice and we were close to the stores and the beach. Very nice place.

Pool was not ready for us. No paper towels, dish towels, wash cloths, hand towels,ice or ice cube trays. Coffee pot not clean, spiderwebs in bedrooms, very hard to get out of drive on one way street with blockage of sight by trees.owner did come to get vacuum out of pool but did not seem to take pride in property and help with things we have always had in VRBO stays. I was nervous the whole time about us being responsible if toilet stopped up and paying big bucks if we had plumbing issues.
