Romantic Hollywood villa 4bedroom 2/1 bath w/private pool — 2 ml from the beach

Swimming pool and lots of space in the house. Stay was OK. The exterior of the house in run down.Need a new BBQ. Floor inside the house was dirty. Owner should invest in pest control (Inside the house). The area where the house is below average.

Major vacation of 30 people from 4 yrs old to 70s. I had the "quiet house" with the grandmas and the grandpas. Suited us just fine. Maybe would have liked a 2nd couch/sitting area in the house.

The place was great! Love the house. The pool is nice and warm, deep. Love it!

The good:The pool was amazing—perfect temperature and a few balls provided for fun. There was plenty of space and seating for our group of seven, and we had no mosquito issues. The property manager was responsive and accommodating. We appreciated the full-size washer and dryer and the ample supply of dishes.The bad:The shared bathroom tub/shower was extremely slippery; we purchased a bath mat to prevent injury. The hand soap was empty, and there weren’t enough garbage bags or toilet paper for seven people for a week. The gas grill was filthy (baked-on food and rust), so we had to cover it with foil to use it. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, only full-size bath towels. We couldn’t control the indoor temperature and had to contact the manager multiple times. The half bath was dirty with ants along the wall. The king bedroom near the laundry room had no curtains, so we used pillows for privacy. The TV in the queen room had no signal. Backing out of the driveway was difficult due to overgrown foliage blocking the view.Outside the owner’s control:There were large Florida bugs inside despite doors and windows being closed, plus smaller bugs in the kitchen—even in a sealed coffee bag and near the sink. The home was also a bit difficult to find; a small flag or marker would help.
