About this house rental
Fabulous prime location. We bought this Morningside Townhome recently because of its superior location and being able to walk to the beach, golf course or anywhere downtown. We have completed renovations and we have three full bedrooms and two full baths. We have furnished it with $37,000 worth of new upscale bedding and Adirondack style furnishings. Each bedroom has a new 48' HD TV and the living room has a incredible 75' HD TV. (like going to the movies!) Check out 'Elmer the moose' hanging in the living room! Patios on both 1st & 2nd floor. One king bdrm, one queen bdrm and both a queen & twin in 3rd bdrm. Enjoy! Permit#200208

Dog friendly large townhouse with space to spread out, two full baths and a well-equipped kitchen. Quiet, woodsy surroundings but close enough to town to walk to events, restaurants, and shops. Our group included grandparents, parents, two kids and a dog.

The location was great. The issue was the washer was broken. I called the phone number that was listed for emergencies on the property’s refrigerator. The number just rang and it said that the mailbox was full and it would not let you leave a voicemail. Then, I called VRBO to be hung up on twice then to be told that they had the same issue with the phone number. Finally, I was told by the property manager that he was aware that it was broken by housekeeping before my visit. I was not informed ahead of time. My family did not bring enough clothing because we thought we were able to do laundry. I ended up spending an evening of my vacation doing laundry at a laundry mat. Also, paying to wash my laundry. This should have been handled better.
