With an area of 70 m2, this apartment has two large bedrooms (one bedroom with two beds 140X190cm and a bedroom with a bed 140X190cm), a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room comfortable (with a sofa bed for two people 140X190cm). The accommodation is located on the 1st floor and is duplex. The accommodation has a private terrace of 30 m2. A guarded, free and unlimited parking is at your disposal 350 meters from the apartment. This accommodation is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system (heating and cooling).

Between Avignon, Arles Camargue and Nîmes Cévennes

You will be housed in a post house dating from the seventeenth century completely renovated, quiet, located 50 meters from the marina, shops and restaurants in the city. Free, unlimited and guarded parking is available for free at 350 meters from our apartment. Ideally located near Avignon, the Camargue (Arles), Nîmes and Cévennes, two airports and two TGV stations, Beaucaire has all the assets to spend pleasant holidays with family, friends or couples, while enjoying a variety of landscapes.

The apartment was lovely and the terrace outstanding. The location was terrific, near the canal, restaurants, and a fabulous boulangerie. Plenty of room for out family of four too. We loved it as a home base to explore around Provence with so many wonderful cities and villages within a 30 minute or so drive. Overall a great apartment with everything we needed for our stay in Beaucaire.

Philipe was a great host. The house was clean, exactly as presented on site and in a good location for visiting local attractions. Everything you need in kitchen. Huge terrace with afternoon sun was great for outdoor dining.

It my family trips to Southern France for the first time! I was very lucky to find this beautiful property on the website. The property has been nicely decorated, it is very clean, spacious for 6 of us and come with a fully equiped kitchen and other household appliances. Jean (The property owner) is very friendly although I speak very little french and he speaks little english but there was no problem in communications. Many thanks to Jean for welcoming us to the property and giving me good tips of the neighbourhood in Beaucaire. My aunts and cousins are very happy with the stay, I'm very glad that they have such a nice experience in France. This is highly recommended to other travellers.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien meublées, une cuisine correcte et une belle terrasse extérieure privative. L'appartement va très bien si l'on est souvent en balade à l'extérieur, peut-être la cuisine et le salon sont un peu étroit pour s'y reposer quelques jours. Jean-François, l'un des deux propriétaires, a toujours répondu rapidement à mes questions et s'est montré très disponible pour notre accueil sur place. Heureusement pour le parking : la rue est étroite, impossible de s’y arrêter quelques minutes, et il faut parfois s'éloigner pour garer la voiture. Bien ranger ses affaires avant d'arriver ! Mais ce fut un séjour agréable à l'appartement pour un budget très correct.

Nous avons passé une semaine à Beaucaire chez Jean-François et Philippe dans un des gîtes du Rouget: nous avons pu bénéficier du plus grand des gîtes (8 personnes) assorti d'une superbe terrasse végétalisée où nous avons pu prendre nos petits-déjeuners ainsi que certains dîners. Durant le séjour, nous avons profité des conseils éclairés des propriétaires concernant les restos à privilégier (et nous n'avons rien regretté!), les précautions à prendre avant l'excursion en Camargue, les marchés, les villes et curiosités. Le temps était superbe ... un peu chaud et ce n'est pas notre chien Jaxon qui dira le contraire. Sans aucun doute, ce gîte est à conseillé.

Appartement très propre et agréable dans un immeuble ancien avec du cachet. La terrasse au calme est le + de cette location pour y manger ou simplement prendre le soleil. Beaucaire est un bon point de chute pour visiter cette région très riche en découvertes

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in einer wundervollen Unterkunft. Der Vermieter Jean-Francois ist sehr nett und hilft beim Koffertragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Dachterasse und der tolle Innenhof haben uns sehr gefallen. Und der Geruch des tollen Jasmins😍. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Wir können diese Wohnung jederzeit empfehlen. Der check in und out waren absolut problemlos. Beste Grüsse Familie Schanzenbach

(machine à café peu pratique pour une famille nombreuse - une cafetière ordinaire serait plus adaptée) Eclairage des pièces un peu sombre, un dispositif plus performant serait nécessaire. Séjour très apprécié par l'ensemble de notre famille (7 personnes - de 14 à 78 ans)

Siamo una famiglia con due figli adolescenti. Il soggiorno e' stato perfetto. Accoglienza dei proprietari, pulizia, arredamento, dotazioni ottime. La terrazza un luogo perfetto per finire la serata. Unico neo, il WC e la sala da bagno non solo separati - questa abitudine francese, pur incomprensibile per noi italiani, l'avevamo messa in conto - ma su due piani diversi.
