Convenient studio apartment located near Arles, Nimes, Avignon

The apartment is easy to find, thanks to the clear map sent in advance. It's only 20 minutes from Nimes/Garons airport! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor, so one window looks out onto the street, the other opens out onto a courtyard garden. Despite being right in the heart of the old town of Beaucaire (which in itself is charming), it is actually really quiet! The facilities included a kitchen/dining area, complete with hob, microwave, pots and pans, etc. The shower room was compact, though perfectly functional. A TV with Fransat receiver is located in the living/sleeping area. In the communal area, a washing machine is provided with drying racks. It is really nice to sit out in the courtyard garden and relax, occasionally meeting other residents (a total of two flats above, and a further studio next door. The hosts are friendly, accommodating, and make you feel very welcome. So why only 4/5? I hadn't realised that the sleeping arrangements were on a sofa bed, which needs to be made up each day after a busy day sightseeing which was a bit of a pain. I would also have liked a small cooling fan just to ease the temperature at night time. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to stay either in Beaucaire nor here, in the property run by Jean-François and Philippe who have a fantastic set of apartments at your disposition!

Stationnement a 100m (zone bleue) mais aussi parking gratuit et surveille a 250m. Les proprietaires sont tres accueillants et gentils. Beaucaire est tres pres de toutes sortes de villes et sites interessants (Avignon, Arles, Nimes, Les Baux, etc.). La cour interieure et la terrasse seraient tres apprecies en ete. A recommander. Nice studio, located centrally in the town, close to small grocery store, shops, etc. all within 200meters. Parking (blue zone) 100m away & a free supervised parking 250m away. Owners very welcoming and flexible with any requests. There are to studios in all and two 2-bedroom apartments, all very nicely & simply furnished. Interior courtyard and a lovely 2nd floor terrace would be great in summer. I highly recommend this holiday rental.

Nous avons pu apprécier l'accueil, la disponibilité de notre hôte. Le cadre est vraiment très agréable avec la petite cour. En ce qui concerne la location elle-même, il n'y a absolument rien à redire si ce n'est qu'il faut prendre l'habitude, la routine d'ouvrir et de refermer le canapé matin et soir (très bonne literie au demeurant). A renouveler à l'occasion. Et merci aussi à l'accueil de Roméo. Longue vie à toi.

Pendant 11 jours nous avons séjourné aux gîtes du Rouget à Beaucaire. Reçus très chaleureusement par Philippe et Jean François GOBIN nous avons trouvé l'endroit idéal pour découvrir cette belle région qu'est la Provence. Philippe et Jean François sont des propriétaires disponibles, à votre écoute et jamais avares de bons conseils pour vous guider dans le choix de vos visites. Cela restera pour nous une très belle rencontre. Un petit mot pour notre ami Roméo qui fut un fidèle compagnon pendant notre séjour. Heureusement, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout découvrir, ce qui , inévitablement, nous amènera à revenir. C'est sans l'ombre d'une hésitation que nous réserverons à nouveau ce gite. Une adresse à recommander.

Pour la deuxième année consécutive nous avons séjourné chez Jean-François et Philippe Gobin dans l'appartement Le Rouget à Beaucaire. Et pour la deuxième fois cela a été un grand plaisir ! L'accueil était très chaleureux. L'appartement était très propre, comme d'ailleurs le reste de la propriété. L'ensemble fait une impression très entretenue. Aussi comme l'année dernière les Gobin nous ont fourni de très bons conseils concernant les lieux intéressants dans les environs de Beaucaire. Ainsi on a visité La Carrière des Images: cela vaut vraiment la peine; c'est tres impressionnant ! Nous conseillerons de tout coeur et avec grand plaisir cette location à tous ceux qui voudraient passer une semaine (ou plus !) à Beaucaire. Cet endroit est vraiment 'la crème de la crème'!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Beaucaire . Parfaitement situé géographiquement entre Arles , Avignon , Nîmes .A notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli par les très sympathiques propriétaires . Ce sont des personnes charmantes et vraiment très discrètes .Quel bonheur au petit matin de prendre son petit déjeuner dans le patio verdoyant et calme et je n-oublierai pas l'incontournable Romeo ( L'adorable chat )qui nous a accompagné tout au long de notre séjour . Sans hésitation je recommande ce gite .

In één woord: genieten!

Heerlijk appartement. Zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Maar het mooiste plekje van het appartement is toch wel de prachtige binnentuin! Iedere avond met een lekker glas wijn van kunnen genieten. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig om de omgeving te kunnen ontdekken. Want in de nabije omgeving is veel te doen en te beleven (maar wel op auto afstand).
