Maison Le Petit Balcon Beaucaire avec garage pour vélo

appartement trés confortable,dans un quarter calme,non loin du centre ville, des commreces, du marché et des quais. climatisaton de la chambre très appréciée en cette canicule, ainsi que le petit balcon agréable le soir.

Un havre de paix !!!

The property was in a great spot for exploring Provence, very central to all towns and tourist spots. The apartment was equipped with everything needed and very comfortable and spacious. The Air conditioning on the bedroom level was essential as we stayed through a heatwave . Everything was clean, parking ( free) was a short walk away and if needed could drop bags at front door. Plenty of spots to eat in surrounding area. Supermarket at end of street.

The area is located in the local neighbourhood so a vast array of residents around going about their every day. Sometimes noise/ arguing from neighbours was unpleasant. The living area only had a fan and as we stayed during very hot weather the fan just wasn’t enough unfortunately .

The location was not very convenient for taking a train, but there was a grocery store nearby and that was great. The hosts were friendly and responsive (but not helpful).

My overall feeling is that the hosts tried too hard to save money - at their guest's expense. There was one heating unit for the main living area. It ran continuously, but never came close to warming up the room. My spouse and I wore layers of clothing and often coats and scarves inside the apartment. The towel warmer in the bathroom also never got hot. It couldn't even help the towels dry. The towels stayed cold and damp the entire time. We were two adult for 5 days and we were given 2 coffee pods, slightly more than 1 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, etc. There were no extra towels or comforters for the bed. We were cold and uncomfortable the entire time. I would not recommend this or stay here again.
