The reception was exceptional. The host did not speak English but make sure we were comfortable as she provided a friend who could pass along the information. The location was exceptional with a great room and beautiful place to sit outside. Unfortunately it rained but there was a place to sit with protection. I felt very welcome.

Perfect location, near the pools and the center, castle. Calm and quiet area, peaceful garden, clean rooms. The owner was really nice & helpful.

Wonderful hospitality, great location and a very cosy accommodation. We had a lovely stay at Kertesz-haz and can't wait to be back. We were welcomed very warmly with juice and wine. The rooms were very nice and cool in the hot summer, we didn't even need to turn the air-conditioning on! The apartment was super clean and we had everything we needed. The selection of books on the shelf was amazing, so we even got to read in the evening. We also loved the proximity of the apartment to the city and its sights, so we only had to walk a very short distance to be in the hub. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Eger, whether for a short spell or a longer time.
