Staff were not exactly helpful if you did not want to use your phone for Everything! Not everyone is in tune with modern technology!

The space of the unit. The kitchen well equipped . The size of the bathroom. Nice modern unit with good space for your car and bikes with good access to safe and pretty bicycle trails around. Public Bus in front to go to Maastricht. Quiet at night. Warm place, nice and big table and living room with very good lights and luminosity in the little house. Bike washer! we love it and need it one day. We did not use the pool, it was cold but it looked like big and nice playground and well maintained gardens and ponds. A big heron out of our little cabin was the star the last day!. We didn´t not use the expending machine but you can buy there some basic drinks or food,. Nice bed and pillows.

A lot of things: Not friendly staff. It was not polite not to gave us the access to the house according the instructions. The app wasn´t working because they didn´t charge all the costs through booking.com. The pendant money was like 20$ and they just didn´t told us or send a message to solve the situation. We were there under the rain with no access. A employee or owner at 510pm helped us, not very happy and we were under the rain, of course the code was given after collecting her 40 euros,..not smart or polite after paying in advance a week!!!, they can charge you next day this services. NO HAND TOWELS, NO HAND SOAP. NO SALT OR PEPPER OR COFFEE OR FILTERS, they must warn you about this situation. After they open next day, we asked and the offer 1 towel rent for 5 Euros!. You don´t travel from another continent with towels, and the place was not ship. They use a not friendly App to open the doors and gates but didn´t work perfect, especially when you are under the rain or with no battery in your cell phone... A lot of posted services not working: Laundry just with local debit cards. Restaurant Closed and in repairs. Electric charger for cars just work with a special card with no explanation signs. No body helps you or answer to your mails for 1 week!, We tried to extend our stay for 4 days and it was impossible to communicate or receive an answer from them, last day we waited and delay our plans to be able to talk with them and extend 1 night. The SIGNATURE FIREPLACE, has a big sign NOT ALLOW TO USE IT!. We needed a place to park the car and move around for a bicycle race purposes and cook our own meals and the place meet all this expectations. Not a friendly staff or signs around their facilities and not having the 100% of their services working was bad! Wifi...so so , not good for work, just good to send some emails, but not for meetings.

The house is nice, having everything needed for a comfortable stay. We liked the location as it is very peaceful and away from the city. Surrounding area is nice. Recommend the stay if you have car. It was easy to get digital key. But even then they insisted that we reach till the reception is open. That confused us and we travelled 1000 kms almost nonstop. But at the end everything was ok and just perfect.
