Leider sehr enttäuschend aufgrund falscher Angaben auf Booking.

Die schlechte Bewertung gibt es aufgrund falscher Angaben auf Booking. Unter Pool stand in den FAQ, dass der Pool geöffnet ist. War er aber nicht. Unter Wellness stand "Sauna", die es nicht gibt. Die nächste kostenpflichtige Sauna befindet sich in Valkenburg. Für uns gab es somit kein Wellnesswochenende, obwohl wir deswegen die Unterkunft gebucht hatten. Die Fotos auf Booking zeigen immer zuerst ein Steinhaus mit Erdgeschoss und Dachgeschoss. Von diesem Haustyp gibt es in der gesamten Anlage aber nur eins.

Unser Haus hatte keinen Kamin, lediglich einen Außengrill, der aber nicht nutzbar war. Die Gaszentralheizung wird über einen Bewegungsmelder geschaltet. Verlässt man das Haus für einen Ausflug, dann ist das Haus wieder kalt, wenn man zurück kommt. Das gleiche passiert nachts. Morgens muss man die Heizung wieder von Hand einschalten. Das ist alles andere als "cozy". In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht zügig ab. Die Mikrowelle war zu hoch eingebaut, sodass man diese nur schlecht benutzen konnte. Die Wohnung hatte keine Handtücher (die hatten wir zum Glück selbst dabei), kein Toilettenpapier, kein Spülmittel, kein Geschirrhandtuch, kein Handfeger und Schaufel. Und wenn es schon keinen Handfeger mit Schaufel gibt, dann sollte man wenigstens einen frischen Staubsaugerbeutel in den Staubsauger machen. Unser Staubsauger verteilte mehr Dreck und schlechte Luft, als er aufsaugte. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend. Und für 80 € Endreinigungsgebühr könnte man erwarten, dass z.B. die großen Fenster auch geputzt werden. Scheint die Sonne, dann sieht man die Schmiererei. Die wenigen Brötchen die man morgens kaufen konnte, schmeckten leider nicht. Schließlich waren die Ladesäulen mit der UTA Ladekarte, die europaweit funktioniert, auch nicht nutzbar. Schade.
