Well stocked and clean pod with all amenities nearby. No contact made from owner/s when needed.

It was quiet with a lovely view, not far from convenience stores and nearby towns. The pod was clean, well stocked and lovely and hot when we arrived. The ceilings lights were beautiful, and a great touch.

We couldn't find the site and called the number on the booking, left a voicemail and 2 x texts but received no response back. Luckily we found it after knocking on some doors.

Every anchorite should have one - (at least a more spartan version).

I liked the quietness - at least that appertained when I was there. I barely saw anyone - that is I saw some people walking past fifty yards away on the morning I left. I never saw anyone who owned or managed the property. I liked this "Marie Celeste" quality to my stay there. It felt like being on a mini retreat. The pod had very good wifi - and a surprisingly good supply of hot water! - no freezing shower.

I messaged to ask if I could arrive a few hours early and leave my rucksack somewhere before checking in? A firm refusal was messaged back. Yet this request could easily be met with - in my view at least - I could have just left my rucksack on the pod's "at my own risk". It would have greatly helped me had I been able to do this. Not everyone has a car - and I did say that I would be arriving by bus. In theory the pod can accommodate four people - this leads to it being very tightly arranged - i.e. it is devilishly difficult to make the bed! Against that, though, I was impressed by the facilities it provides - fridge, microwave and hotplate - even a TV! None though are necessary and 'twas only the fridge I used - which could just as well have been a cupboard for my wants. Tor another £2.50 a night I could have booked a hotel - and had a breakfast with it. So it is not great value for a chap on his own. At half the cost maybe?

It was perfect just need to change the mattresses of the pods

Love the place!! Animals around were so cute, the experience was so cool and relaxing.

THE MATTRESS PLEASE! Change pods mattresses they are terrible is like sleeping on the wood!! If it wasn’t for it the experience would have been 100% perfect!

The location was perfect, the farm setting was great with all the animals. The pods were clean and cosy and the family games room was a great feature.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

small but very comfortable

The pod is TINY but its so cute and very comfortable. I was able to cook dinner there despite the size of the kitchen. The shower and toilet is basically in one cubicle so only one person can use that space at a time. The location was beautiful and easy to get to the main towns near by. The fire pit was maybe my favorite part, loved toasting marshmallows on it.

Felt like there could have been slightly more amenities. We were given one toilet roll that was almost finished, was there only 2 nights and it just lasted us until then. Was provided a kettle but no tea bags which I think would have been an inexpensive but thoughtful extra. I did discover an (unopened, thankfully!) condom between the mattress and the wall but other than that the place was clean and comfortable.

Really cute little pods. Clean and cosy, perfect for a weekend away. Alpacas were super friendly, enjoyed going over to say hi every morning. A really lovely little place, would definitely come back.

Perfect pods

Perfectly compact with everything we needed. Lovely to have the goats roaming around. Really quiet and tranquil. Would definitely stay again.

We paid for the fire pit and it wasn't provided but soon rectified.

Exceptional

Exceptional place if you want to relax in the country side. The pod is amazing, very cozy, and the area is very nice with lovely walk paths and farm animals. The Cafe is also really nice and does amazing breakfast and lunch!

A very comfortable night's sleep, a quiet and peaceful setting . Pleasant to be awoken by a dawn chorus !
