This gorgeous home with nice furniture, on the water has a very spacious design. House has a large glass sliding door overlooks the canal and the private pool. Attractions and plazas with shops around. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings or take a short 15 minutes drive to Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, where you can enjoy an array of restaurants and shopping areas. Entertainment 65" 4K Smart ROKU TV with thousands of channels and app with audio system BOSE in the living room, each bedroom with 49" 4K Smart ROKU TV with thousands of channels and app, wifi Internet connection, 70+ air TV channels. Very nice patio with bbq, patio dining table, swimming pool and the possibility to fish directly from the patio. Very nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This home is ideal for spending a memorable vacation, relax in South Florida. Only minutes to attractive beaches, downtown and other attractions, full of entertainment. Dream home for you boaters!!! My daughter and I booked last minute to stay in Miami area before our cruise. We had a few requirements for our rental home. Mostly, we wanted a large pool and a jacuzzi tub.
Mirka has done wonders with her home. The rooms are well decorated in a Tuscan/Mediterranean design which is very warm and inviting. The beds are Tempur-pedic which is what I am used to at home. I slept better at Mirka's home than my own. Each room has a large smart TV. We spent most of our time in the pool except for movie time in the master bedroom.
After we returned home from the 2 week vacation (rental home and cruise), we decided that we would have preferred to stay in Mirka's house the entire 2 weeks rather than going on the cruise.
Great things about home:
-Easy to get to from MIA or FLL airport.
-Safe entrance and exit
-Large deep pool with plenty of room for everyone
-Comfortable bedding
-Beautiful view of intercostal waterway
-Decorated well with high end furniture and bedding
-Mirka is easy to get in touch with by phone, text, or app
Things I would want different:
-Jacuzzi tub jets are dirty and it does not work (or at least we couldn't figure out how to turn it on and off)
-AC locks out at 70-72 degrees
-Deck is worn out in places so be careful where you step. I ended up with a wood sliver.
-Floors can be slippery if wet (tile) so more rugs would be nice.
Overall, this vacation was amazing at Mirka's home. The setting was perfect. There is a Publix grocery store less than 1 mile away. Mirka also left us a personalized card with two welcoming gifts.

The home was beautiful! We enjoyed fishing in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We grilled one evening (propane tank ran out so we couldn't grill for the next days). The home was close to several beaches and fort Lauderdale. We really enjoyed this home and would love to stay here again!

We had a delightful stay ... When we arrived At the Pompano’s home the light was on out front, air condition on… which gave us a great welcoming feel. The pool area was so inviting and relaxing from the sound of the water.... I am looking forward with family to my next stay with one of your homes, when visiting Fort Lauderdale area…..
