About this house rental

Garfagnana Independent house termosingolo, termocamino. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. Satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Garden with wood oven and barbecue. Fully furnished and equipped with every comfort.
In a beautiful natural setting of the Garfagnana, near Ponte del Diavolo.
Possibility of sports activities nearby. Supermarkets and pharmacy near .-.
All guests are welcome and I will try to meet the needs that will be presented to me. The house is located a few hundred meters from the river Serchio. IT IS ALWAYS ASKING FOR AVAILABILITY.

La casa di Mario e stata bellissima! Il proprietario Mario e ben organizzata, sempre disponibile e molto gentile. La casa ha tutto quello che vi serve e grande con un giardino molto carino. Le vicine di casa sono gentile e rispettoso. Supermercati, macelleria , bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibile a piedi.

Casa molto suggestiva e funzionale, in posizione strategica per visitare le città d'arte e i borghi della zona. Molto vicina a supermercato, macelleria, bar e pasticceria. Impeccabile la pulizia degli ambienti e della biancheria fornita. La cucina è davvero carinissima e provvista di ogni tipologia di stoviglie. I due bellissimi bagni hanno tutto il necessario. Non serve davvero portare nulla da casa! Le camere sono ampie, con grandi armadi e letti comodi. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Anche i nostri tre bambini sono rimasti entusiasti della casa. Peccato esserci stati solo tre giorni! Consigliatissima!!

Perfect stay for all ages. The house is stunning with the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The garden space was perfect for the kids to play. Close proximity to local amenities, bars, shops, restaurants. Perfect location. Beautiful space with nothing too much to ask from the host a very accommodating person.Would highly recommend to everyone wanting a relaxing stay with idyllic surroundings. Suitable for adults ,families and pets. Casa fantastica,luogo meraviglioso la mia famiglia ( cane compreso)ed io abbiamo passato una settimana stupenda. Il padrone Mario è una persona squisita e disponibile, sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema si dovesse presentare. Il mio consiglio se vi capita di passare da Piano di Coreglia prendete considerazione Casa da Mario non ve ne pentirete!!!

Perfekt stay in a beautiful area
Mario is a very helpful host. He tries to support with every little issue/question you have. The house is very clean and you have everything you need. Even with three kids the house is very spacious. The view out of the windows is beautiful and you can see the mountains. Within approximately 10km there are three public swimming pools that are a good alternative if you want to have a rest from the heat or from long car journeys. Two supermarkets are in a walking distance and you can get the best icecream in the Gelateria Da Pino which is also in a walking distance. We can totally recommend Mario's house.
