About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Castillo de Arena condominium, managed by Península Properties. Located in The Elements condominiums in Playa del Carmen in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. It has an incredible view of the Caribbean Sea, as it is located across the street from Coco Beach.
Upon entering, you will appreciate a large kitchen, living room and dining area, and a spacious terrace, with a view from any space. The characteristic colors of this unit provide a relaxing background with regional art. New finishes and furniture abound, including its entire new fully equipped and remodeled kitchen. Each window includes a duo roller blind for day and night for your privacy.
Upon entering through the main door, on the left-hand side you will find the guest room with two single beds and a fully remodeled complete bathroom. Right in front of the main door, slightly to the left, you will find the kitchen, bar, and a laundry room with its washer and dryer. The dining room seats 6 people and the living room features a 55-inch flat 4K television, smart Blu-ray player, and satellite service to expand your entertainment options.
To the left of the dining room, a hallway leads you to the master bedroom, with a king bed and its bathroom, equally remodeled, and also features a 36-inch flat screen with satellite service. You will find ample storage space for your clothes and belongings in each room.
Access from the terrace to the master bedroom or living room. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean and the property. Prepare grilled meat or burgers on your full Weber gas grill. Additionally, this property features the longest infinity pool in Playa del Carmen.
Elements has a business center with computer terminals, wireless internet, and a gym. The condominium has an excellent location, as it is just steps away from Fifth Avenue, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful afternoon or evening.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.

Everything was great: the furniture, the cleanliness, and Luis's service. I understand the part about asking for a deposit, as they have to protect the furniture which is of good quality if anything is damaged due to misuse. We had a good time. The beach is just steps away with lounge chairs. There's a bar and food service, and you can also bring your own drinks and food, as long as you respect the rules. There's also a highly recommended massage service.

My 2 dear friends and I had a reunion here and we loved the condo, the pool, the staff, the location and the clubhouse across the street! We would come back again in a heartbeat!

Everything about the property was excellent. The staff at the property were extremely helpful with any needs that we had. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Our favorite part was the perfect view of the water from the deck outside. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved the staff and the great location. The staff wad very responsive with any questions and very helpful. The property staff at North American Standards are great to deal with. Cant wait to come back. We truely enjoyed our stay. This is one of our best vacation to date. Thanks. Michael
