About this house rental
This renovated home is well appointed with everything you would need during your getaway, family gathering, or business trip. Due to the corona virus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect all touched surfaces between reservations.

Although the property is nestled in a beautiful heavily wooded neighborhood and feels like you are miles away from everything, it is conveniently and centrally located to everything. It is 20-25 minutes from all the colleges: UNC, NC State, & Duke. Only a short 15 minute drive to downtown Raleigh, 3.5 miles to Crabtree Valley Mall, and 2.5 miles to Brier Creek shopping. Umstead State Park, with its beautiful lakes, walking and biking trails, is only 1 mile away. RDU International Airport is only 10 minutes away.
It is warm and comfortable with many amenities, including a wood burning fireplace, large flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer/ dryer, lovely screened in porch with an adjacent open deck and a Weber gas grill. Sit around the fire pit to sit and enjoy the cool evenings.

The property is beautiful, cozy and quiet. We were staying in Raleigh for a race and we wanted to be close to the park, close to a grocery store, in a quiet neighborhood, in a comfortable house. This property met every single need. We loved the screened in porch and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive when I had questions through out the process. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay at it on our next trip.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay here. My wife and I traveled with our 5-month old infant to explore Raleigh. It was a little tough to find initially because we arrived at night and the house is nestled within trees. But this adds charm and a sense of privacy, and you are still right by the main roads and city.Upon walking in, we were greeted with a complementary bottle of Prosecco and Milano cookies. The house is fully equipped with more than you need or could ask for, including lots of child-related items and toiletries. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within 5-7 minutes drive and it is also conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport. The backyard has a lot of trees and makes you feel like you’re in the woods. You can hear many songbirds throughout the day. The owner Miriam is really helpful and friendly, and is very responsive to questions and concerns (would usually respond to my messages within minutes).I would strongly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Raleigh and hoping for a cozy, peaceful stay and to get a feel for what it’s like to live like a local

Great house, quiet neighborhood close to airport, (12 min) downtown Raleigh and Durham. (20 min). Screened in porch was nice as well as backyard. Had an early Thanksgiving and carved Halloween pumpkins from farmers market ! Highly recommend
