About this apartment rental
Charming furnished apartment 50 meters from Praia do Futuro and the best beach huts in Fortaleza (Chico Do Caranguejo, Atlantiz, Coco Beach, Itaparicá and Beach House). It has 76 m² divided as follows:
- A large suite with split air conditioning, double box beds and single box bed, wardrobe, whirlpool and sink with two sinks;
- A room with split air conditioning, double box bed, single box bed and wardrobe;
- Living and dining room with 3 seater sofa, LCD TV and dining table with 4 chairs;
- Complete and functional American kitchen (4-burner stove with oven, fridge, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, orange squeezer and kitchen utensils (pots, pans, pan, couscous, cutlery and dishes);
- Balcony with table and hammock for hammocks;
- The condominium has parking spaces and spaces for visitors.
In front of the condominium our guests have taxis and special and conventional bus lines. The location is approximately:
- 12 minutes from Beira Mar;
- 15 minutes from Beach Park;
- 5 minutes from supermarkets like Extra and Bompreço;
- 10 minutes from Iguatemi Mall;
- 15 minutes from Monsignor Tabosa and Dragão do Mar;
- 30 minutes from Cumbuco beach;
- 30 minutes from Ecopoint - Private zoo with lots of green area and children's adventure space;
- 30 minutes from the Colonial cachaça Museum and Ecopark () in the historic city of Aquiraz, 5 km from Prainha. Aquiraz was the first capital of Ceará and still preserves many interesting places to visit;
- 45 minutes from Ipark - Cachaça Museum and Ecopark both belonging to Ypioca (in the city of Maranguape, birthplace of the humorist Chico Anisio;
It is next door to Hotel Fila Galé and close to supermarkets and grocery stores that deliver at home. The apartment is located on ground floor. The condominium has large recreation area with adult mega-pool, children's pool and barbecue.
Being located on the ground floor, the apartment has no stairs or elevators, making it an excellent choice for families. The concierge is 24 hours and the condo has security cameras installed throughout the common area.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Its location is excellent. An excellent option for groups of friends or families, comfortably holds 7 people and 4 in the suite with 2 double beds box; and 3 in the bedroom with double bed and 1 single mattress. It also has several owners for hammocks located in the bedrooms, living room and balcony.

Imóvel bem localizado, bem próximo das barracas dos humoristas e da praia; quartos amplos, com mobília nova, enfim... tudo ótimo!!! Voltarei com certeza.

Estive no condomío cartier , dia 24/08/2017 á 28/08/2017, o apto, é muito bom , mas falta manutenção ,limpeza e detetização, a mobília também precisa de troca muito detonada, mas mesmo assim,adorei, ele é bem ventilado e tranquilo, área externa linda , piscina maravilhosa, mas não aproveitei pois minha estadia foi 5 dias.Nós só dormíamos lá.Não tivemos a mesma sorte que os outros hóspedes, pois o dono do Apto e nem o Márcio apareceu por lá , só a secretária do Ma
Márcio que é o mesmo que nada, pois não resolve as coisas.
Quanto a localização as pessoas põe muito medo, falam que é perigoso, mas não achei , claro que não ficamos marcando bobeira, a praia do local é deserta, mas não andavamos com coisas de valor.
Pertinho do apto, Chico carangueijo e Crocobech, essas duas barracas tem uma estrutura gigantescas , forró. show de humor , piscinas com monitor para cuidar dos filhos, comidas maravilhosas.Preços razoáveis, mais barato que as praias de SãoPaulo.
fizemos passeio para as três praias, cumbuco, e Jericoacoara, são cansativo, para ser tranquilo teria que ter ficado 7 dias em fortaleza e uns 3 em jericoacora, conhecemos o mercado central e o mercado de peixes, mas os artesanatos na praia é o mesmo preço, eles dão o preço deles e vc o seu, ex. a rede custava 250,00, pagamos 90,00. tem que pexinxar, pois eles pensam que todos turistas são rico.
comprem passeios na praia e negociem tbm. estavamos em 4 e pagamos 970,00, dividido em 4. alugamos burger,para as três praias,o passeio de Jeri e cumbuco canoa quebrada, foi maravilhoso, vale a pena.Não conhecemos o restaurante Coco bambu e nem o bech park , não deu tempo.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo proprietário, ele é muito prestativo. Porém deixo algumas sugestões, quanto à manutenção interna: pode trocar o sofá, aumentar qtde de utensílios domésticos, vasos sanitários estavam com problemas. Manutenção externa: falta manutenção no condomínio todo, área de jogos toda quebrada, área de serviço (porque é externa e comum à todos) sem canos em alguns tanques. Enfim, creio que pode melhorar.
Mas seu Márcio foi muito prestativo tentando minimizar os problemas e tivemos uma estadia tranquila. Porém tenho que deixar uma ressalva quanto ao restaurante self service do mineirinho, a comida de lá é uma delícia, o tempero da esposa dele é maravilhoso, eles são super atenciosos e só faltaram nos colocar no colo, e o melhor de tudo que é super barata, Vale a pena!!!

Gostamos do imovel otima localização,mas assim que possivel pode providencia a troca de colchão ta um pouco detonado,faltou alguns utecinlios mas o propietario muito prestativo providenciou .
