About this apartment rental
Charming apartment located on the first floor of a duplex house, furnished and 50 meters from Praia do Futuro and the best beach huts in Fortaleza (Chico Do Caranguejo, Atlantiz, Coco Beach, Itapariká and Beach House). It has 76 m² divided as follows:
- A large suite with split air conditioning, three double box beds, wardrobe and sink with two sinks;
- A room with air conditioning, window, wardrobe, a double box and a single bed;
- Living and dining room with 3 seater sofa, bookcase, TV and dining table with 4 chairs;
- Complete and functional American kitchen (4-burner stove with oven, fridge, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, orange squeezer and kitchen utensils (pots, pans, pan, couscous, cutlery and dishes);
- The condominium has parking spaces for guests and visitors.
In front of the condominium our guests have taxis and special and conventional bus lines. The location is approximately:
- 12 minutes from Beira Mar;
- 15 minutes from Beach Park;
- 5 minutes from supermarkets like Extra and Bompreço;
- 10 minutes from Iguatemi Mall;
- 15 minutes from Monsignor Tabosa and Dragão do Mar;
- 30 minutes from Cumbuco beach;
- 30 minutes from Ecopoint - Private zoo with lots of green area and children's adventure space;
- 30 minutes from the cachaça Museum and Ecopark Aquiraz was the first capital of Ceará and still preserves many interesting places to visit;
- 45 minutes from Ipark - Cachaça Museum and
- 50 minutes from Apoena Ecopark
It is next door to Hotel Fila Galé and close to supermarkets and grocery stores that deliver at home. The apartment is located on the first floor with 15 access steps. It has protective screen and is an excellent choice for children and adults. The condominium has large recreation area with adult mega-pool, children's pool and barbecue.
The concierge is 24 hours and the condo has security cameras installed throughout the common area.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Its location is excellent. An excellent choice for groups of friends or families, it comfortably hosts 7 people being 4 in the suite with 2 double box beds, 2 in the bedroom in twin beds that can be combined and 1 in mattress provided. It also has several network owners located in the bedrooms and living room.

Local seguro e aconchegante.
o proprietário é bem atensioso e foi desde do dia da primeira conversa de negociação.
piscina boa, e perto do chico do caranguejo.
Dica importante para que vai passar uns dia lá é que se informe com as pessoas sobre onde comprar pão e outros tem um comercio bem ao lado é só agendar com ele que entrega lá todos os dias e eu só soube dois dias antes de sair, façam supermercado no frangolãndia é super em conta, e se forem andar de onibus baixem o app de Fortaleza é eficiente e vc so vai para parada na hora certa.
O local é muito bom, internet excelente banheiros cozinha sala quartos e ar todos perfeitos.
fui com minha esposa e filhos e colegas dos filhos muito bacana.
Fui bem atentido e assistido pelo proprietario sempre que o solicitei, só tenho que agradecer.
e podem reservar com toda certeza não irão se arrepender...

Bom apartamento, equipado com itens básicos, camas confortáveis e boa funcionalidade.
Fomos muito bem recebidos por todos no condomínio, a piscina é ótima e a localização é excelente. Atendeu totalmente às nossas necessidades.
Quando voltarmos à cidade gostaríamos de nos hospedar lá novamente.
