Preis / Leistung ist sehr gut. Relativ neu saniert und sauber.
Aussicht zum Hinterhof vom Balkon nicht so toll, aber bei dem Preis kann man nun mal keine Strandlage mit Meeresblick erwarten. Deswegen für uns dafür keinen Abstrich in der Bewertung.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, tolles Restaurant in der Nähe, von seinem Bruder geführt, wir haben uns rundum voll gefühlt. Kostenloses Parken in der Stadt und Beach Stränden ist natürlich auch ein großes Plus dieser Unterkunft.
Hat mit der Unterkunft nichts zu tun, der Hundestrand in Vrsar ist leider nicht der beste, wir sind lieber nach Rovinj gefahren.

Apartament z pięknym widokiem na Vrsar.Przestronny i czysty , dodatkowym atutem jest karta parkingowa na parkingi w mieście Vrsar. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam z całego serca.
Brak pokali do piwa i tylko dwa kubki do herbaty.

Úžasný výhled z terasy na město - odpovídá propagačním fotografiím. Apartmán prostorný, vybavený ručníky, povlečením i zásobou toaletního papíru. Kuchyň vybavena pouze základním nádobím, ale bylo to dostačující. Postele pohodlné. Ač jde o apartmán v podkroví, je skvěle odizolovaný, bylo v něm velmi příjemně i bez klimatizace. Terasa prostorná, poskytující soukromí, není na ni odnikud vidět. Hostitel ochotný, ač jsme dorazili pozdě v noci. Restaurace v sousedství výborná. Klidná lokalita, cesta k moři delší (20 minut dětským tempem), ale přes město příjemná.
