Heated storage room with washer and dryer.
The house has gas central heating. The house is not barrier-free.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are to be brought by the tenant.

From the house you have a view to a small lake.
The house position is in a calm neighborhood and super for excursions in "Altes Land" and close to daily purchase in the town Drochtersen (Aldi-Lidl-Edeka) but also some restaurants/cafe`s.
We can recomment this residens.
