The location was amazing, such a beautiful spot. Perfect for exploring and hiking. The cottage was on a working farm and we got to feed the lamb and see the calf. The hosts were helpful and so friendly. The cottage was beautiful and cosy, beds were really comfortable. Lovely spacious place to stay.
My only complaint was the cleanliness. Fridge was very dirty, cups were stained, extractor hood above the cooker was dirty. Bathroom was dirty, black mould around the shower seal and plug and black hairs. Dusty artificial plant beside the bath. Just wasn't up to standard. Having said that, the rest of it was so perfect that the cleanliness didn't matter. We gave it a clean ourselves and it didn't affect our stay. Id definitely still go back

Comfortable, cosy and clean. Couldn’t have wanted for anything more. Everything thought of. Welcome basket with eggs, milk scones, jam & cream a nice touch. Great for walking straight up on to the moor.
