The smell in the apartment was a bit moldy, but bearable
The sheets weren’t clean we find a lot of hair which wasn’t ours… we found it late at night when going to sleep so we didn’t contact cause it was too late. The host was nice and responsive and i guess that he would change it if we would let him know, but would be nice if there would be no hair at all\ we would have an alternative sheets in the closet

Communication facile, j'ai pu récupérer le logement avant l'heure prévue, ce qui était fort apprécié, merci.
L'évacuation de la douche est bouchée. Il est important de noter qu'il faut payer l'hôte en direct. Il y a eu un quiproquo et je n'ai rien laissé sur la table mais l'hôtel ne m'a à aucun moment informé ni n'est passé récupérer l'argent. Après que je sois partie, on m'a menacé de me dénoncer à la police , alors qu'en toute bonne foi, je pensais que booking faisait le prélèvement. J'ai payé par virement (pas besoin de menacer quelqu'un, les virements bancaires existent!). La communication peut donc être améliorée sur ce point.
