Matias is kind and helpful and offers a nice place to stay in the center of Buenos Aires. The apartment is clean and all the facilities work fine. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The electric jacks are a mixed variety of 230V. Coming from Europe, I had no problems and did not need any extra adapters. There is a private connection to the Internet, but the wifi router only has the old 2,4 GHz band on which it competes with some 70+ nearby wifi networks that are very busy. If you want to use streaming in the evenings, connect to the router with a cable. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with HDMI connections. If you have an Apple TV or similar media player, it will work fine here, if you connect it to the router with a cable. There is a mosquito net in the window, so there are no insects inside. The nearest stop "00" for the sightseeing bus (www.buenosairesbus.com) is at the intersection of Av. Pres. Roque Sáenz Peña and Esmeralda. The apartment is also near the harbor - don't miss the opportunity to see nearby Montevideo in Uruguay!

The included breakfast is minimal, just coffee, tea and orange juice with cookies, but you can easily add bread, yogurt, etc from a nearby supermarket. There are no pots or frying pans, so you cannot cook bacon or eggs.
