La Ubicación y la comodidad del dpto, cocina super completa con pequeños electrodomésticos,y amoblamiento muy lindo y útil. Muy buena presión de agua en la ducha. El Dueño muy amable..
Estaba muy sucio, falta de limpieza general, acolchados y mantas sucios con mucho rose, el baño con hongos en las paredes y la cortina era algo asqueroso, las puertas y perillas de luz con marcas de gratitud, el piso pegajoso. Los utensilios de cocina y vajillas con suciedad pegada y hongos, las ventanas con hollin, hongos y vidrios demasiado sucios por dentro.

Nicolas é muito responsável, cumpre com tudo o que foi tratado e é muito flexível . Responde rápido as nossas perguntas e dúvidas. Uma pessoa confiável e seu apartamento tem uma excelente localização. Super indico!
Só tem que melhorar na cama e colchões do quarto de solteiro.

Perfect location and amazing skyline view.
The apartment is rundown, wall full of dirty marks, moldy bathroom, old sofa which is very uncomfortable and pillows are at least a few years old and you can see yellow marks on them.
