It was the whole place for our family. We didn't need to share the facilities with other people. There were enough items there for our use without extra payment. It was located within a a gated community so quite secure. We were very near the resort and convenience store which is open 24/7. It was a quiet neighbourhood. The caretaker was very friendly and accomodating. The owner gave us precise information and updated us throughout the booking.
The road leading to the gate was horrendous. There was power interruption until 7PM.

The place is cozy, spacious and big enough for 8 pax. It is inside a subdivision so it is really safe to stay in. It is perfect for staycations. If you are looking for a beach and have a bit of thrill and do not want to pay the entrance fee, this place is perfect. All you need to do is walk to the bridge near the subdivision's entrance, go under the bridge, cross the river, walk for a few minutes, and then you will reach the beach.
I did not expect that it was not beachfront. It was a mistake to have overlooked the details while booking so we were really expecting a beach in front of the house. At first, it was a bit disappointing, but we have no choice but just enjoy the adventure walk going to the beach.
