About this cabin rental
Water's Edge truly has a million dollar view. Few other cabins could possibly offer such a beautiful setting, sitting in the bend of the ELLIJAY RIVER, and looking far downstream. 3 king bedrooms-each with TV's, 2 baths. FENCED yard, screened porch, Pet friendly. Managed by Sliding Rock Cabins. Why not roast S'mores in the riverside firepit, maybe try your hand at fly-fishing, soak in the large hot tub or just laze the day away in the waterside hammock listening to the calming waters. You can even tube to your cabin, or pan for gold. Later snuggle up in front of the gas log fireplace and watch an old movie. Whatever you decide you're sure to enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of rustic Water's Edge. No cats please. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 8 YEARS OLD.

Access: Access to this cabin is via gravel, mountain roads. 4 wheel drive is not required, confidence in mountain driving is recommended.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up. No refunds, rebates, or compensation will be offered. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PURCHASING VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE with your travel insurance of choice. My wife and I have been loyal annual and at time semi-annual customers of Sliding Rock for a number of years. We keep coming back because of the quality of their managed properties and their service. In doing so, we often move around. This summer we elected the river and Water's Edge. Were I asked to describe this particular property I would have to choose EXCEPTIONAL, SUPERIOR, AWESOME, though none alone would give it proper credit. The house is clean, spacious, well-stocked, very comfortable with like new, quality appliances. Recent renovations were the "icing on the cake." And the locale - on the river adjacent to some beautiful, relaxing rapids. Being at the very end of the road, there was zero traffic and even with other nearby cabins, privacy was not an issue. Will we return? YES!!! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a "top-tier" getaway.

We loved the river and back porch river view. Was a little disappointed with the cabin. Wasn't very comfortable. The two upstairs bedrooms were always hot like being in an attic. The bathroom sink faucet down stairs would shoot water on the vanity. Pots and pans were greasy and dirty. We stayed at a different sliding rock cabin before and loved it. We love sliding rock cabins. Just didn't care for this cabin.
