Apartmaji pri Perotu

Nos alojamos 3 noches. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro. El anfitrión vino a darnos las llaves, por lo que tienes que quedar con él a una hora concreta, fue sencillo, está pendiente. Nosotros aparcamos el coche en Pri ladjedelnici. Muy cerca tienes una parada de autobús, muy útil para ir a los pueblos de al lado.

L unica cosa che non mi e piaciuta e' la signora titolare che non parlava italiano..in Istria..

Proximity to the beach and centre, terrace.

Too small for our family, communication, no private parking.

The apartment is in a great location, very close (within 5 minute walk) to the supermarket, bus stations, restaurants, beach is also at ~10 minute walk. Even though we had some difficulties during check-in and throughout our stay, the host was very nice and helpful.

Overall comfort was much lower than expected. According to the description, we booked a 40 m² apartment, but in reality, it was way smaller - 30 m² tops. This caused a lot of discomfort as we had to constantly weave through our luggage, and cooking was also problematic due to the lack of space. Another issue was that the apartment had no windows, only a balcony door. This made it very difficult to air out the place, especially at night. The AC worked fine, but we would have preferred fresh air. While the place was generally clean, we encountered a couple of small cockroaches in the bathroom every night. I am not sure if this is a building-wide issue or specific to this apartment, though. All in all, the apartment is okay, but based on the description and pictures, we expected a much better place for our money.
