I like the location of the apartment, how clean it was, professional staff, easy check-in and check-out, beautiful view, combined with the quietness of the building and neighbors make you feel like in home and all kitchen and household appliances and utensils are available, clean, and in good condition and finally the air conditioners are excellent.
There is no elevator, making it difficult to go up—especially for the elderly or when carrying heavy luggage—so we recommend booking an apartment on the ground or first floor and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which makes the smell and humidity a bit unpleasant at some times.

walking distance to city center, easy parking on the street…nice view from terrace (we were on the top floor). A/C in living room as well as bedroom

Easy walk to waterfront.
Kettle was broken. Not replaced for quite a few days.
Access to balcony from top floor room was not easy nor safe.
Very noisy from tiled stairwell when guests arrived and left during the night.
Stairs not kept clean. Blood on stairs on day one. Still there 2 weeks later.
Bathroom smelled musty. No opening window or fan.
