The rooms are somewhat clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could include Continental/American choices. It was fully Vietnamese cuisine which we are not familiar with. So breakfast for us was just bread and eggs.
There was a power cut and it took a long time to rectify. If rooms have flaslights, it would be useful.
Reception staff could not speak much English and Google translate was very brief, so we could not get much help from the staff.
