    Not for the fussy. The room facing street is extremely noisy. As there is no air condition in the room, you need to open thd windows for cooler air. This has becoming several sleepless nights... Staff are not quite proactive in handling room change request, trying to do the minimum. Bathroom is the worse I been to. A portable plastic bathtub.... Squeaky noisy and very inconvenient to use, especially for older folks. Haven't tried others so can't comment if this is the standard in dalat for 3 stars hotel but definitely won't come back

    The western Hill was used to four star hotel i guessed. Today they are still showed that they are four star but in fact they have downed their service to very basic room, no air conditioner, buffer is very light… of course the price is cheap compared with other four star. If you are looking for 4 star level, dont leave here. Location is convenient but it is noise
