Apple, Leo and Lee especially made our stay so much more enjoyable. They were always cheerful, positive, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for them, and they were always willing to assist us with a smile❤️
The only downside for me was the mattress. I personally found it quite uncomfortable because I could feel the springs through it, so I think the beds could definitely use an upgrade.

It is a very big penthouse and the location is in the old part of Town and you can walk to a lot of nice places near

Facility was good .very understaffed.littlebit more cooperation would v been appreciated more . location littlebit away from main road .u have to carry all the bags alone . nobody will help you
They don't help in transfer of luggages .too much professional
