Centrally located in heart of NW Arkansas, freshly remodeled house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, pool and 2 car garage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a full bathroom, his & her closet and a 52" TV. First guest bedroom includes a queen size bed, closet and 32" TV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and 32" TV. All linens and towels are provided. Living room has a fireplace and 52" TV (Wifi provided). Fully furnished and functional kitchen: oven with stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, cooking utensils, cooking bowls and other cookware, pots & pans, dishes, silverware. Enjoy your meals at a spacious dining room with a table that seats 6. Washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board . House is small child friendly with high chair, pack-n-play and baby gate. Private Heated pool (OPEN mid- April thru mid-October check with us for exact dates), diving board, pool toys and a pool side accessible full bathroom. Hot tub(CLOSED june 15th-September 15th). Fully accessible 2 car garage with garage door opener. 2.8 miles from Pinnacle Hills Promenade for shopping, 4.2 miles from Walmart Amphitheater, 7.9 miles from Crystal Bridges, 7.6 miles from Amazuem, 6.1 miles from Wal-Mart home office, a dozen of golf courses within a few miles, 2.2 miles from Historical Downtown Rogers, 2.5 miles from micro breweries, 1 mile from Aquatic Center, 3.3 miles from Bass Pro, a couple of miles from a wide selection of restaurants, 3 miles from biking/running/walking trails, 6.7 miles from Bentonville Square, 7.2 from Beaver Lake, 12.2 miles from Pea Ridge National Military Park, 21 miles from Bikes Blues and BBQ and Walton Art Center.

We did not take advantage of the hot tub but the grandkids loved the pool.
