About this apartment rental
For your family holiday in the mountains, in the heart of the Tarentaise Valley and at the gates of the Natural Park of Vanoise, our apartment is located in the dynamic and car-free village of ARC 1950 with views of Mont Blanc, within of the Premium Prince des Cimes residence.
ACTIVITIES:
In the residence: free access to heated pools, indoor or outdoor, sauna, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi.
A daily program of free animations is proposed to you: golf, water aerobics, archery, zumba, stretching, excursions, VTT, trott-race ...
Free access to tennis courts, beach volleyball, ping-pong, table football, trampoline, slack-line, climbing blocks ...
From the apartment, access to 500 km of hiking, many mountain lakes and 3 refuges.
Open lifts in the summer allowing you to easily access the breathtaking panorama of the Aiguille Rouge (3226 m).
Mountain biking: 180 km of marked trails, 23 downhill slopes (access by lifts).
BOURG SAINT MAURICE / LES ARCS: rafting, canoeing, kayaking, paragliding, paddle ...

14 JULY and 15 AUGUST: outdoor ball and fireworks in the heart of the village.
THE APARTMENT:
T2 of 37 m², completely renovated in 2016, it is fully equipped for 5 people:
* separate bedroom with choice of 1 double bed or 2 single beds
* living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed
* fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave ...)
* balcony terrace for breakfast with magnificent views of ARC 2000 and the Aiguille rouge.
In our apartment, everything is thought for your comfort and integrated into the rates:
* towels (towels, bathrobes)
* beds made on your arrival (except the sofa bed)
* end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area)
* welcome kit.
Housekeeping possible midweek (surcharge).
5 star hotel residence with key pick-up service 24/7 (you arrive at the time that suits you).
Parking in the basement of the residence.
ACCESS:
* extremely easy by train, from PARIS, LONDON, BRUSSELS, AMSTERDAM ...: a funicular leading you to ARC 1600 is accessible directly from the TGV station of BOURG SAINT MAURICE, then free bus until ARC 1950.
* Free shuttles to connect the other villages of the station: ARC 2000 (1 'by gondola), ARC 1800 (bus), ARC 1600 (bus).
* 30 minutes by car from BOURG SAINT MAURICE
Station LES ARCS is located opposite the station of La Plagne, the Rosière.

Accurate description of property, however decoration is a little tired and dated, and sofa beds in lounge do not make comfy seats. Communication with host very good.
